The Doc and I ventured up to Crouch End on Saturday to check out new vintage shop Painted Black for the Vintage Guide. It’s a really lovely store, not much early vintage but if 60s and 70s are your thing – and they are definitely mine – then there’s some excellent bargains. I spotted a great condition Jean Varon dress for £100 and an art deco Wedgewood oven dish for £25 – lovely!
