This weekend was jam-packed, phew. Saturday started with a trip to Somerset House to have a look round the Fashion Week exhibition dressed like a 70s groupie. I lasted about ten minutes since I got completely drenched in the rain and had to head back home for a much more exciting event – the Style Me Vintage book launch.
My friend Naomi of Vintage Secret has written this seriously fantastic beginner’s guide to vintage which I can’t recommend enough for anyone interested in learning how to put together period looks. Her launch party on Saturday night was absolutely brilliant and felt like a giant vintage convention. I didn’t take that many pictures but I’m sure there will be plenty more (and much better ones) to come up on The Vintage Mafia.

I wore a Pearl Lowe for Peacocks dress. Err. Shhh.
Then on Sunday The Doc set up his Vintage Style Surgery at the Clerkenwell Vintage Fashion Fair while I was there as The Vintage Concierge. It was great fun but boy I’m rather knackered today!
